Was recommended to call Goosetown. Due to our dog was not feeling well. Dr Rudd Nelson was quick to access the situation. Emergency Surgery of removal of our dogs spleen. If we waited another hour or so our poor doggy may not be with us today.

Words can’t describe how amazing they are here. I loved our old vet and they have been so great in the transition. We went up north when tendercare closed and weren’t really happy with the prices and service. We decided to give them a try when they opened. I’m so glad that this location had re-opened and my experience with the staff and doctor were very promising. For the past two years Local services/emergency services available have been limited and getting a short notice appointment seemed almost impossible. So I’m sure a lot of other pet parents will be excited after booking their first appointment and seeing that this is a great clinic. The staff were extremely helpful, accommodating, kind and thorough. This location was completely renovated and looks like an entirely new establishment. The environment was very clean with a updated posh, calm, welcoming aesthetic. When meeting Dr. Rudd Nelson he was very kind, personable, making sure to answer all questions and going above and beyond to help me. You can tell when someone has their heart in their work and they are still actively driven by their own love of their career. You find what you love, and you master your skill, and you provide this with the world. It is so rare to encounter and requires full dedication and truly loving what you do. After meeting Dr. Rudd Nelson I felt he very much embodied these qualities and it was effortless to see while treating your fur baby as if it was his own. He is also very adamant about providing very fairly priced services for the community which is extremely refreshing hearing and experiencing. It’s nice to have been able to encounter such wonderful people. Thank you

I couldn't recommend this place enough. My cats are former Tender Care patients and I wasn't expecting a new animal hospital to be established before we moved. From calling to schedule to leaving the appointment, all the staff have been very, very kind. I really appreciated the option of being in the same room while the exam was being done. Dr. Nelson was absolutely terrific with my cats and had such a positive attitude (even when one of my cats was not so nice to him, oops...). The care my cats received bums me out that we are moving but, honestly, I may consider bringing them back here for their annuals in the summer.
